On The FAQ Tip

Q: Does J-Dig offer electronic cards?

A: While we recognize that the internet, and namely e-cards, will eventually become a more prominent part of J-Dig's future, we are not currently offering any form of electronic card. Part of this is our old-fashioned feeling that holding an actual card is far superior than receiving an email.

Q: What methods of payment does J-Dig accept?

A: J-Dig Cards accepts PayPal payments, but you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from J-Dig. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. PayPal offers one of the most secure servers available on the web.

Q: Does J-Dig Cards charge sales tax?

A: We only charge sales tax for orders shipping to an address in the state of Texas as required by law.

Q: How and when will my order be shipped?

A: All domestic orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders. (More alternatives are expected in the very near future, including the addition of international shipping.)

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you receive damaged product, please contact us to arrange for replacement product. We accept returns within 15 days and with proof of purchase. Please return all merchandise for refund to: J-Dig Cards, Inc. P.O. Box 720669 Dallas, TX 75372. Your return must include a copy of your original packing slip and a valid mailing address. A check will be issued and mailed to you within 7 days of receipt at J-Dig Cards.

Q: How are J-Dig Cards printed?

A: The cards are offset four-color printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified Stock and 100 percent post-consumer recycled fibers. The FSC verifies a paper's chain of custody from the harvesting of wood through the printing process to ensure environmentally sound practices were maintained.

Q: Where are J-Dig Cards printed?

A: We print all of our cards locally here in Dallas, and we aren't scared to disclose our source. If you want some ridiculously rad printing, call John Alexander with The Graphics Group at 214-749-2204 or check them out online.

Q: What the flip is Bigcartel?

A: Bigcartel is "a shopping cart for the little guy". They provide the service that allows us to sell our cards online without exorbitant fees or a cut of our sweat intensive, homemade pie. They are incredible...if you have a band or small business (or really any business), you should check them out, no doubt. Click here to check out their homepage.
